Specifically formulated for Oily + Acne-prone skin, this formula has been carefully blended with an infusion of herbs in sunflower seed + safflower oils – Rich in Omega 6 fatty acids, these oils thin out sebum allowing it to flow and break up congestion while providing more moisture, nutrients, and other healing benefits. Castor oil will draw out dirt, remove all traces of makeup, sunscreen, surface debris and cleanse the pores without stripping your face of its natural oils, and force the skin to over-produce oil/sebum (which may lead to a cycle of breakouts). Mild enough to use around the eyes to break down stubborn waterproof mascara and eyeliner. This lightweight cleansing oil transforms into luxurious milky-white when water is added, washes off thoroughly without leaving oily residue nor dry out your skin to reveal a radiant, glowing, and cushiony soft complexion.
HOW TO USE: Pour a few drops into clean palms, gently massage using upward circular motions over makeup/dry face. Next, wet hands and lather cleanser into a creamy milk-like texture to help to remove water-based dirt, rinse thoroughly with warm water, and pat dry.
For best results— we recommend double cleansing with our Cleansing Oil followed by our Hibiscus + Oatmeal Black Soap Face & Body Wash & lock in moisture with Lustrous Body Oil.
PRO TIP: For a deep pore cleanse, hold a mildly hot, wet cloth over the face and allow steam to soften pores; wipe across to remove oil rinse well and repeat 2 more times. Pat dry.
Please keep in mind that it may take 2-3 weeks for your skin to fully adjust to this method of cleansing, as your complexion may need some time to fully detoxify from build-up.
